Peanutty Dip

Description:

This simple dip is easy to pack for a snack. Don’t forget some celery, carrot sticks, or apple slices for dipping!

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except carrots, celery, or apples. Stir until completely blended. Serve with carrots, celery or apples.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons apricot or orange 100% fruit spread
1 ½ tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
24 baby carrots, 2-inch celery sticks, or ½ inch apple slices
